Photos!

Hello all...Thank you so much for the messages and calls and prayers for my sister and baby Bennett. My sister is doing so much better and was moved out of ICU and up to my floor...and we are basically running this joint now! :) The boys and Greg and I took a wheelchair ride over to her room, complete with Lightning McQueen sound effects...and had a short visit. I think my mom will be bringing her 3 kids to visit her tomorrow. Bennett seems to be holding steady, but we don't have much to share at this point and we'll know much more at the end of the week when they will raise his core temp and do the MRI. The NICU nurse at Grady did tell my mother that he is doing "remarkably well" Praise God! We had 2 miracles yesterday - both my sister and Bennett and we are trusting that God has His hand on Bennett and his recovery. How stinkin' cute is he?! Look at those cheeks!!










In other news...
because of the Labor day holiday, my weekly scan to check my cervix was moved to today. I was a bit worried just because I was sitting up yesterday to take a wheelchair ride down to ICU to check on Lisa, but it turns out I worried for nothing. I am still measuring 38 mm which is wonderful!! The sonographer today was the same one that scanned me on my first day here and kept remarking that she couldn't believe I was the same patient and that it was the same cervix! Pretty incredible indeed! She was wonderful and took a bonus photo of P3 for me. I can't tell if that is a wave, or flexing of the biceps...either way, it's a fun photo!
